Infinity ProServ is a business dedicated to maintaining and improving all aspects of your home or small business. Infinity ProServ deliver the highest quality, most reliable maintenance and improvement services throughout North Essex and the South Suffolk.
Our highly motivated staff can undertake a wide range of services to help you look after your home. From plumbing, heating, electrical, drainage, carpentry, decorating and landscaping services, through to major projects, and regular services services such as cleaning, gardening and pest control.
From our base in Colchester, Essex; Infinity ProServ is well-placed to serve the local area, with plans to expand our coverage soon.
The business was formed by construction and facilities professionals, bringing in excess of one hundred years’ experience. Allied to our sister businesses, we are able to offer a wide range of additional services such as architectural design, building surveying, project management and ongoing facilities management.
Via our Employee Ownership model, all get the chance to own a share of the business, meaning that they are directly responsible for our collective long-term success, and their own futures.
We use our own directly-employed staff to carry out as much work as possible. This enables us to manage our services far more carefully, leading to the highest levels of customer service. Infinity ProServ is committed to ensuring that only the best staff are employed, and given the greatest opportunities to develop alongside our business. We have a stringent recruitment process in place, with all staff carefully assessed for their competence in their respective fields (e.g. NICEIC for electrical works and Gas Safe for gas-related work), as well as DBS vetting to ensure safeguarding best practise is maintained.
